The hostel had a great restaurant nearby with the best breakfast I've ever had, including delicious fresh pineapple marmalade and homemade lemongrass tea. the location of the hostel offered a stunning view of the mountains from the garden, creating a serene atmosphere. - the staff was friendly and helpful, providing gorgeous recommendations for exploring the city and nearby areas.
The lack of a communal kitchen made it a bit expensive for budget backpackers, as eating out for every meal can add up. When it rained, using the outside toilets, showers, and sink became inconvenient without any cover to protect guests from getting wet.

I even appreciated the dedicated sink for doing laundry. The value for money was excellent. I highly recommend this hostel for a great stay in Copan.

I spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! the location was perfect, close to all the attractions and local amenities. Plus, they had a delicious breakfast included, which was a great way to start my day.
The mattresses were really uncomfortable. They were sagging in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at Iguana Azul in Copan for a week and had a fantastic time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Maria in the hostel restaurant and the owner, Howard. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, hot showers, and fast WiFi. The dorms were spacious and secure, and there was always someone available to let you in or out of the building. The on-site information and tour assistance were also very helpful. Plus, the restaurant next door served delicious homemade food at great prices. one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at.
I highly recommend this hotel.
